After receiving the email, you can adjust your membership via the “Membership Details” page in the app or by logging in at www.bentkey.com.

All purchases and renewals are considered final, and we do not offer full or partial refunds.

Note: If your membership renews during a promotion, we do not price match or provide partial refunds. Promotions are for new sign-ups only and do not affect current member pricing.
