Fire TV - Clearing Cache on the Bentkey App

If you have a Fire TV and are having trouble accessing your Bentkey content, we would suggest clearing your app data & cache.

Clearing the cache on your Fire TV is a simple process that can help resolve app issues like crashing, not loading content, or slow performance. Here are the steps to do this:

1. From your Fire TV's home screen, navigate to and select Settings.
2. Scroll down and choose Applications.
3. Select Manage Installed Applications.
4. Choose an App: Scroll through the list and select the Bentkey app
5. Select Clear cache and Clear data
6. Go back to the Bentkey app and login
